Returns & FAQs
General Return Policy
You may return your order for replacement or refund, which will process once we receive your item unworn and undamaged. We do not cover shipping for returns, unless you receive the wrong order. If you receive an order in error, we will send out the correct items and reimburse you for shipping once we have received your return. If you receive a damaged item, simply document it and send us an email, we will refund or replace your order depending on your desire and our available inventory.
One Of A Kind / Discounted Items
All one of a kind and discounted items are final sale. We accept returns for apparel items only if we have made a mistake in sizing, or if your order is damaged in transit.
International orders may be returned for a refund, replacements will only be issued if the item value is more than double the cost of shipping (one way) and there was a material issue with your order. You will be responsible for purchasing your own return label. Please email us a tracking number once you have one so we can follow your return.

Thrifting & Variances
As a large majority of our apparel is thrifted or dead stock, you will most likely be receiving a pre-loved item. We take extreme care in selecting our blanks, and we believe that small defects (such as small holes, small bleach stains, faded fabric etc) make our product all the more special. We do not consider these characteristics to be defects, and we hope that you will love the uniqueness of your item(s) as much as we do.
We do our best to get orders out quickly, but we are a team of two; Reesa and Bridgett. Shipping time should be less than two weeks for domestic, and less than thirty days for international. If you are placing your order for a special person or deadline please don't hesitate to drop us a line ~ we'll do what we can to get your items to you quickly.
International Orders may be subject to customs fees in addition to shipping and handling. This is outside of our control, and is to be expected whenever you ship internationally. Additionally, your parcel will only be tracked via the United States Postal Service to customs. We cannot provide any additional information on the status or whereabouts of your order once it has left USPS jurisdiction.
We are currently working on a comprehensive size / fit guide and system! As our process relies on thrifting and dead stock as well as the occasional new run, we are still working out the best way to ensure that our sizing is consistent throughout our store. In the meantime, we are sure to provide important fit and cut information about specific items on their product pages. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!
