General Return / Replacement Policy
At this time we are not able to accept general returns. If you would like to return something without cause (such as damage or order issue), we unfortunately won't be able to accept the return.
Exchanges: We may however, be able to replace or exchange items in certain cases for 30 days after you receive your order. For example, if you would like a different size than what you ordered and received, we should be able to accommodate this exchange as long as we have the desired size in stock. You will be responsible for shipping the item(s) you wish to exchange back to us. New items will be sent out only once your original item has been received back at ReesaBoBeesa HQ. Items to exchange must be unworn and undamaged when we receive them to be eligible for exchange. To enquire about exchanges please email us at info@reesabobeesa.com!
If you receive an order in error, we will send out the correct items and reimburse you for shipping once we have received your return.
If you receive a damaged item, simply document it and send us an email, we will refund or replace your order depending on your desire and our available inventory.
Final Sale
All items purchased from our shop should be considered final sale.
Made to Order
Made to order items are final sale and cannot be returned.
While we want every order to be perfect, mistakes can happen occasionally. We can offer reprints and refunds for made to order items if there are order mistakes. If you are submitting a reprint or refund request, please include photo evidence of your product in your order. Issues must be reported within 30 days to be eligible for replacement or refund.
Reprint or Refund eligible issues:
- If there is a manufacturing issue with your product in your order.
- If the product in your order is broken or damaged in the mail.
- If you receive the wrong product in your order.
Jewelry
We are happy to replace jewelry items that may become broken or damaged through normal use for our domestic customers in the first 60 days after you have received them. This does not apply to normal wear and tear, like minor scratching or tarnishing. We will not replace items that have been willfully damaged or worn outside of reasonable use and conditions; such as extreme water sports or fencing tournaments. Replacements for international customers will be determined on a case-by-case basis and cannot be guaranteed (please see International Returns below).

International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges at this time.

Shipping Time
We do our best to get orders out quickly, but we cannot match large retailers *ahem*. Shipping time should be less than two weeks for domestic, and less than thirty days for international. If you are placing your order for a special person or deadline please don't hesitate to drop us a line ~ we'll do what we can to get your items to you quickly.
International Orders
At the moment ReesaBoBeesa.com is only shipping to the United States, Canada, The United Kingdom and Australia.
International Orders may be subject to customs fees in addition to shipping and handling. This is outside of our control, and is to be expected whenever you ship internationally. Additionally, your parcel will only be tracked to customs. We cannot provide any additional information on the status or whereabouts of your order once it has left USPS jurisdiction.
