Returns & FAQs

General Return Policy

You may return your order for replacement or refund within 30 days of receiving your item(s), which will process once we receive your item unworn and undamaged. We do not cover shipping for returns, unless you receive the wrong order or the product is received damaged. If you receive an order in error, we will send out the correct items and reimburse you for shipping once we have received your return. If you receive a damaged item, simply document it and send us an email, we will refund or replace your order depending on your desire and our available inventory.

 

One Of A Kind / Discounted Items

All one of a kind and discounted items are final sale. We accept returns for apparel items only if we have made a mistake in sizing, or if your order is damaged in transit.

 

Made to Order

Made to order items are final sale and cannot be returned.

While we want every order to be perfect, mistakes can happen occasionally. We can offer reprints and refunds for made to order items if there are order mistakes. If you are submitting a reprint or refund request, please include photo evidence of your product in your order. Issues must be reported within 30 days to be eligible for replacement or refund.

Reprint or Refund eligible issues:

  • If there is a manufacturing issue with your product in your order.
  • If the product in your order is broken or damaged in the mail.
  • If you receive the wrong product in your order.

 

Jewelry

We are happy to replace jewelry items that may become broken or damaged through normal use for our domestic customers in the first 60 days after you have received them. This does not apply to normal wear and tear, like minor scratching or tarnishing. We will not replace items that have been willfully damaged or worn outside of reasonable use and conditions; such as extreme water sports or fencing tournaments. Replacements for international customers will be determined on a case-by-case basis and cannot be guaranteed (please see International Returns below).

 

International Returns

International orders may be returned for a refund, replacements will only be issued if the item value is more than double the cost of shipping (one way) and there was a material issue with your order. You will be responsible for purchasing your own return label. Please email us a tracking number once you have one so we can follow your return.

Printing & Variances

As all of our tees are hand-printed locally in Los Angeles, variance in printing is to be expected. These differences make our product all the more special. We do not consider these characteristics to be defects, and we hope that you will love the uniqueness of your item(s) as much as we do.

 

Shipping Time

We do our best to get orders out quickly, but we are a team of two; Reesa and Bridgett. Shipping time should be less than two weeks for domestic, and less than thirty days for international. If you are placing your order for a special person or deadline please don't hesitate to drop us a line ~ we'll do what we can to get your items to you quickly.

 

International Orders

International Orders may be subject to customs fees in addition to shipping and handling. This is outside of our control, and is to be expected whenever you ship internationally. Additionally, your parcel will only be tracked via the United States Postal Service to customs. We cannot provide any additional information on the status or whereabouts of your order once it has left USPS jurisdiction.
